View Full Version : Problems scanning Pokerstars

Hi Zandry,
i am having problems scanning PS. The lobby is open and displays NL25 NL tables. I use my NL25 filter and chose PS in the pokersitesetting. For the first 5 sec. the lobby is scanned (approx 10 Tables), then "Ready"appears (again after 5-6 sec). Nothing else happens, no tables/players are displayed in the window. When I change the Pokersite to FT and have their Lobby open, everything works fine with the same filter.
Any idea/solution?

My first thought is, maybe you are using a language other than english for the pokerstars client? You must choose english for the pokerstars language for TST to work correctly at the moment. If thats not it, maybe are you using a special skin for your lobby? TST is desined to work for the default "Classic Theme" and "Black Theme", if you are using something else then maybe that is causing the issue. changing the language to English did in fact solve the problem.

Hi
First i had that language problem on Pokerstars too.
Now i can see all tables and players that i want to, but i can not see any statistics. Please help me.
Im using HEM on Pokerstars.

I have the same problem, I use the default layout have my client in english and this tool just runs over the table list in the client but doesn't show anything.

Im using HEM on Pokerstars.
Please ensure you have the correct "Type" selected for your database in the Databases > Manage Databases > Edit Database dialog. That is the most likely cause of the issue. Otherwise there is an bug I have seen once or twice with HM where HM's pokersites table is empty which causes TST not to get stats. If it's not an issue with the type, send me a message on AIM/ICQ/MSN and I can check it on teamviewer

We spoke on AIM and he figured it out, don't quite know what the issue was, I think filters, if TST scrolls through the list but doesn't scan anything, that should mean its working correctly but not finding any tables it thinks should filter

I have a problem with scanning Pokerstars. I'm creating very simple filter (0.1-0.25 6-max NL tables without advanced settings). Pokerstars client is opened, but when I press scan table it says that there is 0 tables:( At the same time, If I'll open any table mannually and will use filter "My opened tables" then information about this tables appeared!
Operation System is Vista, database is from Poker Tracker 3. I check the settings 3 or 4 time and didn't found any errors.
