View Full Version : No stats - iPoker/Elephant

Hi,
i am using the Pokerstrategy Elephant and there are no stats in TST showing up while the tables are scanned. I think it is connected to the database (there were no errors when typing in the data), but all the the columns are 0,00 or n.def.
All the the previous posts with this problem are not referred to the Elephant. So please help out. May be there is just a little thing wrong but i can not imagine what it can be.

Btw. Is it necessary to open the Elephant or can it access the Database without it(but i have already tried both)?

Ok, what site are you trying to scan? Do you have "PokerStrategy Elephant" selected as the Database "Type"? If you have AIM/MSN/ICQ, send me a message and I can look on teamviewer

Also, you do not need to run PokerElephant to use TableScan, it accesses the database through PostgreSQL :)

I tried to scan Mansion, i thought i did mention. ;)
I only have ICQ, but it isn't installed already on my new notebook. I think i will install it (and Teamviewer) on weekend. I will contact you then.

Ok, this is a bug, I am using the wrong site_id for Mansion Poker in my elephant query, will fix asap :)

I don't want to push you, it is just because the last 3 updates came so frequently, but do you know when you will find time to fix that issue?

I have the same problem as the other poster. I have no values in my table scans. And hands # is shown as 0.

I use poker elephant on party poker.

Hey GunzNBlades, could you please send me a message on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype. I'm guessing it's a bug probably because I havent looked at elephant lately. Its probably a really simple fix though if I can check on teamviewer what the pokersite id is in your database

I am having the same problem, but with Full Tilt Poker.

I have "set active database" -> elephantdb(localhost) selected, and the right type of database is selected as well.

This is a great piece of software you've developed here, nice work.

The number one most likely cause of the problem usually is if you have more than one database and you chose the wrong database name.

But I was talking with an elephant developer a few months ago and he was telling me that they were planning huge changes, so it's also possible they did an update which changed something maybe

Just posting to say that we went on teamviewer and problem solved. :)
