I use a filter for vpip=0 with minbb=1 to find fish who haven't played this stake before. Unfortunately it also finds regs who have just changed their screenname so is there a way to filter out people playing more than about 3 or 4 tables, or manually remove them from being included?

Yes, you can simply add the condition # of tables from 1-2 for example, and it will filter out any players at more than 2 tables. Also, I would suggest you use the condition # of hands 0-100 or something like that instead of VPIP 0-0

That works great thanks! Now I realize setting minbb=1 is causing the program to unjoin lists on tables where the fish busts before he rebuys cause his stack is 0. I had it set to 1 because the "reserved" seat on party was getting included in the filter and I couldn't figure out how to block it. Any suggestions?

I don't quite understand, are you saying that the "Reserved" name on partypoker is classified as a fish in your database? You could always right click > block player on the "reserved" name then it would not be counted as a fish, if that's what you're saying
