.net framework initialization error

hi , tried to install the software and i get this error when i tried to run it.I used HEM2's .net update method to remove previous .net frameworks and then installed .net4 framework to solve some errors with HEM2. it seems lie this latest .net framework isn't being located by tablecan turbo ass HEM2 is working fine.

I don't quite understand the problem, but I can tell you that TableScan Turbo uses .NET 2.0 so it might help if you keep .NET 2.0 installed on your machine to run TableScan Turbo
