PokerTracker3 / FullTilt Database Not Showing Correctly

I'm sure this has been experienced by someone else. No known players are showing up, no stats or anything despite 7000+ hands. What am I doing wrong? I can't figure it out. Thanks for any help. I'm dumb I guess. :confused:

From doing a little more reading, do I need to update the cache in PT3? And updating the cache is under the housekeeping option?

Yeah, either update the cache in PT3, or you can just turn off the option in TableScan to read from the PT3 cache, its at Database > Manage Databases > Edit > Scan results from player cache only

Thanks for your help. The stats are showing now. I guess I'll just update the cache frequently. (More than PT3 suggests in other words.)
