Alright, I banned the bot, and merged the threads. I couldn't find an option to not allow private messaging unless you have at least X posts, but I did change the maximum # of recipients from 5 to 1

FYI, i'm the only one here, I'm the only administrator, and I do care, a lot, why else would I spend 200$ on this crap vbulletin forum, and come on here and ban the spammers everyday. Now, I've updated the vbulletin to the latest version, and I contacted their support about how to stop the spam.

In the meantime you can go to User CP > Edit Options > Messages & Notifications
and turn off the option to send you email when you receive a Private Message. If you really want me to remove you send me an email to support@tablescanturbo.com and I will try to figure out how to do it
