In my holdem manager database I have hands of 4 pokerrooms. Is this a problem for TableScan turbo or chose it the right hands?

No, that's no problem at all, TableScan will automatically only retrieve stats from the site you are scanning, even if you are scanning multiple sites at the same time TST will only get the stats for each player from the site they are being scanned at

If I choose PokerStrategy Elephant is it also ok if I install it in german?

I would assume it's the same database structure regardless of what language you choose for the user interface, so yes I think that should be fine, let me know if u find any problems with it. The poker sites however you will probably need to use the English versions of the lobby, but try the german versions first to see if they work, and if not let me know and I can add support for the german version of the lobbies
