Fish definitions: AmtWon, bb/100 - what is it?

AmtWon is the "Won" column in TableScan, it's short for "Amount Won".

bb/100 is "big blinds per 100 hands", it's the amount of big blinds a player has won for each 100 hands they've played. So, if a player has won 100 big blinds in 1000 hands, their bb/100 would be 10. If a player has lost 100 big blinds in 100 hands, their bb/100 is -10
