When posting your support question, please include the following:
- Your Operating System (Windows XP or Vista)
- The Poker Lobby or Lobbies you are scanning. Please also include the skin if applicable
- If you are having a database problem please include the type of database you are scanning (HoldemManager, PT3, or PokerStrategy Elephant)
