Unable to get started

Everytime i download the software, just when i click launch, this pops up (attached)
i've tried downloading

and rebooted laptop but still no joy.
Please help :confused:

I think the most likely cause is that you don't have Arial.ttf installed in your C:\Windows\Fonts, or that is the only way I have seen this error before

Here is a package of all the arial fonts you can unzip to that directory:

If that doesn't help send me a message on AIM/etc and we can do a teamviewer session to figure it out
