I have been working on fixing support for this new ongame client (and nothing else) since they first updated HeyPoker over a week ago. I think I will be able to get it working in some form again, but there are some big issues I have never faced before with any poker lobby. Mainly, it will not accept any keyboard input or mouse input from TableScan via win32 messages, unless:

1) The ongame lobby is the "Active" window in the foreground and cannot be placed offscreen
2) The mouse cursor must actually be over the ongame lobby for it to accept any clicks from TableScan

I can fix it this way, and I can make it a little better than it sounds, but the ongame lobby would steal focus during the scan and mouse usage during the scan would need to be limited. You would still be able to quickly click fold or raise on your tables during a scan, but doing much more than that might be problematic.

However, there is a bit of hope that it wont need to be that way, I have found a java API which I have been working with the past few days that could potentially enable me to deliver a MUCH higher quality product. Unfortunately I have been having nothing but trouble so far, and am basically getting nowhere with it.

So, my plan is this:
1) I will spend a few more days trying to research this java API and seeing if I can get it to work
2) If I am not having any success with that in the next few days, I will start working on the "workaround" method I have described above, and release it like that.

Either way, I probably will not be ready with anything until next weekend

I wanted to update the forum with the good news:

I have gotten the java API I mentioned above working great! I can select the tables freely, and read out table names and player names with 100% accuracy. Once I've finished fixing it:

1) The scanning should be much faster than it was previously
2) 100% accurate on player names and table names (it doesn't even have a problem with the ... at the end of the player name, I can read the full name)
3) Opening tables should be nearly instant
4) I think it will work with the lobby minimized

I will probably post at least a test version here on the forum by monday or tuesday, so check back

It gives the "client not found error" if you don't restart the lobby after installing the bridge, I have fixed it already in the real release so it gives a more clear error message in this scenario

Also make sure when you start betfair, start it using "StartBetfair.exe" and not "Betfair.exe"

Are you leaving the lobby minimized? If so there is a little bug with that I haven't fixed yet, and it won't work when minimized

Also make sure when you start betfair, start it using "StartBetfair.exe" and not "Betfair.exe"

Yeah that's another thing I just noticed, if you have UAC turned on in w7/vista, then you also need to run the ongame lobby "As Administrator" or it won't work

Have you tried it with towerpoker.exe and it doesn't work?

I think when you run startpoker.exe, it uses the java runtime that is installed with the tower client in the tower folder. That is where tablescan installs the bridge. But if you run towerpoker.exe, it will use the java runtime installed on your computer, in C:\Program Files\Java. So if you installed the bridge to that location as well, it would probably work

Here's instructions on how to do it
Open C:\Program Files(x86)\TableScan Turbo\jbridge\ in explorer
Then open another explorer and navigate to your java installation

Then copy the 2 dll files from jbridge to java\jre\bin\
copy the accessibility.properties file to java\jre\lib\
copy the 2 jar files to java\jre\lib\ext\

Then start up TowerPoker.exe and I think it will work. Let me know, I don't actually have java installed on my computer so I can't test it myself (I don't like it and I don't need it for anything), so when I run towerpoker.exe I get an error saying jvm.dll missing

I try to copy files to Java directory as in instruction, but if starting from RedKingsPoker.exe directly, "jmv.dll is missing". I try to reinstall Java - problem wasn't solved. When try to use RedKingsPoker.bat - TST don't work. Any ideas?

the scanning is working great on Bestpoker but I'm also getting the same problem with opening the tables as reported here already. It highlights them but almost never opens it, even with the lobby not minimized.

Problem solved! In my .bat there was a mistake in directory of log-files

since that, tablescan is not working anymore with that mod. (UAC is off)

thats funny i also play at towerpoker and i did not experience any of this, i mean tst works (scanning) and i didnt have to change bat file

since u play with .bat, did u start tower normally? cause the .bat disable the update-function of client cause otherwise the tablemod wouldnt work!

Sync, are you saying it's not working for you with the mod now? I don't really have any good ideas, the only thing I could think is maybe add

%CD%\arch\win32\jre\lib; to the path also? And maybe you could add the .jar files from the bridge to the classpath

Let me know if you get it working again. Basically, the bridge should start when java starts, so if TST is saying client not found, that means the bridge isn't running with ongame, I'm making it a more descriptive error msg

ok i got it.
the problem was, i have to turn off UAC in win7 and then!! restart the system, only then the lobby is apperently as admin.
if i only start tower "as admin" from .bat i get an error message, so that is the reason why UAC should be off before restarting system.
only turn off UAC without restart do not work.

now is working fine!

one thing i noticed about opening tables is that when i have lobby minimaized and I click on tst to open a table and then i maximaze lobby in about 1 sec it opens the table every time

The issue where TableScan won't open a table when ongame is minimized should be fixed. Any duplicate players at 2 tables issues should be fixed. Also, the issue where TableScan could select the wrong table when opening should be fixed.

The one issue I don't know if it's fixed is the reported issue where TableScan selects the table but doesn't open it. I've never actually seen this myself, even once. But the problem is, if I just decide to send 2 clicks to the window, ongame will actually open up this "loading" table which never loads and cannot even be closed. So I'm hoping maybe that was just connected with the minimized issue and this will work for people now

it still just highlights the name of the table in the lobby. once out of 10 times it opens the table or another random table (completely different name^^).

nothing changed for me though :(

When it opens a random table name, does it have the right table selected in the lobby? Could you play with the configure > selection speed, try to lower it and tell me if that makes it work any better for you?

I'm having issues with windows 7 64bits... I start the scan and tablescan turbo stops working once the first table is found... In the lobby the focus is jumping from table to table... Anybody with this issue?
