Hello..

First of all I would like to thank the developing team/person for creating such an amazing program..

My problem is the following:

When I fire tablescanturbo, it works for about 10-15 mins, until it freezes and stops scanning or joining waiting lists. I then have to restart the program, which sometimes its a pain due to the amount of tables Im already playing.

I tried using the "give tablescanturbo threads highest priority" option on advanced settings, and it worked, but then Stars started lagging a lot, making it very hard for me to play.

I understand this might be a probleam with my computer's RAM memory, but I wanted to know if theres any possible solution, because I really love this program.

edit: Just read the "sticky", lol.. My sistem is Windows 7, I play on Stars and use Holdem Manager as database.

Thanks in advance

Thanks :)
If you can add me on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype I can try to help on teamviewer maybe, if you can reproduce it for me on there.

My only suggestion I could think of at the moment is to turn on "Restrict TableScan to one database thread" in configure > advanced > performance

You can also turn on "Verbose Logging" at help > logging > verbose. This rewrites the log file each scan, so it doesn't get too big. Then next time your TST freezes, you can make a copy of the log file (\logs\lastscan-verbose.log) so it doesn't get rewritten, then email it to me and I could possibly see where it's freezing from analyzing the logs. Ideally if you could send me a few of these crash log files that could help, but I haven't heard of any crash problems from other people in quite some time and I think it should be quite stable so I don't know for sure that the logs will help.

Also, maybe you could explain what happens when it freezes, does your whole computer freeze, or just tablescan? When it freezes, can you click on it, or it all goes gray and you cant click on anything? Does it eventually come up with some error or you just have to CTRL + ALT + DELETE to close it?

I added you on Skype, maybe we can fix it from there.. Nick is the same, I think.
