Do you have a database software installed, like Poker Tracker 3 or Holdem Manager, and have you imported hands into it? If so, have you added it to TableScan Turbo? You can add it in the TableScan menu at Database > Manage Databases

First of all you need to get the hand history files. If you havent already, make sure that your poker lobby is configured to save your hand histories, they will be located in a place like C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History\

Next open the database software and go to the import tab. Click "Manual Import" and choose your hand history folder, and hit ok. Then all your hands will be imported to the database.

But if you really want a big database, you will probably have to buy hands, there are a lot of hand selling sites, my favorite one is http://www.thepokerhh.com/
