FTP's update causing issues
It looks like this morning's FTP update is causing a strange issue, I'm trying to figure it out and should be able to get a fix out by tonight but there is a simple workaround in the meantime:
- Start FTP but do not login, instead click "Observe" - Run a Scan with TableScan - Now login to FTP and the scanning will work properly for the rest of your session. For whatever reason, if you start FTP and login, TableScan will give you errors and will not scan unless you restart both FTP and TableScan and use the above process |

I can't seem to run a scan in observe mode, any guesses as to why?
I get the following 3 errors: Error injecting in target: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Try resetting your FTP Lobby Widgets to Default! The Player List and Open Table/Join Waitinglist buttons must be visible! You may also need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package! Check the download page at www.tablescanturbo.com Thanks in advance! |

Alright, I finally figured out the problem and released an update to fix it:
http://www.tablescanturbo.com/download/ It was actually a pretty tough one to figure out, I'd expect the competition is gonna have a hard time with it In the meantime, TST users can enjoy a large edge being that TST is currently the only table selection software that works on FTP, maybe it'll be that way for a while |

After the new update FTP crashes every time I hit the scan tables button.
I get the following 3 errors after the crash --------------------------------------------------------------------- *Error injecting in target: STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR: Unknown error in injected assembler code. (Code: 5) *Try resetting your FTP Lobby Widgets to Default! The Player List and Open Table/Join Waitinglist buttons must be visible! *You may also need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package! Check the download page at www.tablescanturbo.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I have reset the widgets to default and have the C++ package installed....... Any ideas? Worked perfectly before the latest update, any chance I can revert back to the last version? It still works perfectly in poker stars Last edited by yesright; 10-01-2010 at 02:49 PM. |

Hey yesright, it sounds like you are getting a different error:
1) I would first suggest re-downloading TST and re-installing it just in case (make sure you make a copy of your "config" directory, not that a reinstall would overwrite it, but just to be safe) 2) It sounds kind of like it might be a rare bug that usually happens when vista/win7 crashes during a scan, it can corrupt the easyhook.dll file in your GAC which both programs use to scan FTP. Download and extract this .bat file, and run it "as administrator" and it might fix your problem (let me know): http://www.tablescanturbo.com/files/ftpfix.zip If not, please send me a message on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype and I'll take a look on teamviewer AIM: ZandryTST MSN: [email protected] ICQ: 571846001 Skype: ZandryTST If it's necessary I can re-build RC1 build 3 with the current versioninfo and send it to you and it will let you run it, but I don't think that is going to fix your problem |
