Today PokerStars released an update which changed the default font in their lobby to "Microsoft Sans serif with padding". I am now working on an update to add support for this new default font.

In the meantime, there is a simple fix which you can do to use the current build of TableScan with the latest PokerStars update:

In PokerStars menu: View > Game List Font Options > Microsoft Sans Serif
